PreK 2 Program

Our Pre-K 2 Program is available for children who are 2 years old by Sept.1st. Our 2-year-old program encourages independence, socialization and emotional growth. Our 2 year-olds will have opportunities to grow in an environment where they are loved as unique individuals as well as an essential part of their classroom family. They will also be able to explore themes of character through, community, environment, traditions, experiences and stories. Some of the exciting learning milestones to look forward to in our Pre-k2 are following 2 steps directions, a longer attention span. a growing interest in books and literacy, self-help skills, recognizing primary colors, counting to 20, beginning letter and number recognition, eagerness and exploration, and so much more. We believe that a Christian Education is the most important foundation to a child’s development. With that in mind, every learning experience we provide is intentional and God honoring.

PreK 2 Curriculum

To provide the best learning experience for your child, we combine Frog Street’s research-based structure with the Christ-centered foundations of the Wee Learn Curriculum. Together, these programs create a warm, consistent learning environment where children feel emotionally safe, supported, and eager to grow. Frog Street’s intentional routines, vocabulary development, movement-based learning, and Conscious Discipline® strategies strengthen language, motor, and early social-emotional skills across all developmental areas. These practices flow naturally into the Wee Learn framework, which encourages children to grow “in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man” (Luke 2:52), incorporating hands-on exploration, early literacy, social-emotional development, and nurturing Christian guidance. Blended together, Frog Street and Wee Learn offer a unified approach that supports the whole child—academically, socially, physically, emotionally, and spiritually—while fostering confidence, character, and a joyful love for God and learning.

The 2-Year-Old Curriculum consists of Bible stories that correspond with a monthly theme. Each Bible story is supported with a memory verse, songs, and finger plays, poems or nursery rhymes.  Academically, a 2-year-old is introduced to colors, shapes, counting, and recognizing letters and numbers.  The child is also taught self-care and manners along with personal information.  A child’s growth and development is viewed as a process, not an event. Development begins when the child is conceived and continues throughout life. Spiritual, physical, mental, emotional, and social development is equally important.

PreK 3 Program

Our Pre-K 3 Program is available for children who are 3-years-old by Sept. 1st and completely potty-trained. Our 3-year-old program encourages independence, socialization, emotional, gross and fine motor and academic skills. Our 3-year-olds will have opportunities to grow in an environment where they are loved as unique individuals as well as an essential part of their classroom family. They will also be able to explore themes of character through, community, environment, traditions, experiences and stories. Our Pre-K 3 program is the groundwork for our VPK program. Children who attend our Pre-K 3 before entering VPK will be more equipped and, essentially, will make an easier transition into Kindergarten. We believe that a Christian Education is the most important foundation to a child’s development. With that in mind, every learning experience we provide is intentional and God-honoring.

VPK Program
for 4 & 5 Year Olds

Children must live in Florida and be 4-years-old on or before September 1st of the current school year to be eligible. If their fourth birthday falls February 2nd through September 1st in a calendar year, parents can choose to postpone enrolling their child in VPK that year and wait until the following year when their child is 5.

Based on collaboration with a state panel of experts, public input from citizens across Florida, and national and state expert reviewers; Standards for Four-Year-Olds reflects the latest research on child development and developmentally appropriate practices for 4-year-old children.

Standards and benchmarks are organized into five domains.

  • Physical development

  • Approaches to learning

  • Social and emotional development

  • Language, communication and emergent literacy

  • Cognitive development and general knowledge

Benchmarks are available for two domains – Language, Communication and Emergent Literacy and the Mathematical Thinking section in Cognitive Development and General Knowledge – to help explain what Florida's children should know and be able to do by the end of prekindergarten.

VPK Curriculum

Our VPK program uses the Frog Street curriculum to provide a strong, consistent foundation for kindergarten readiness. Daily routines and predictable classroom structures help reduce behavior challenges and create a secure environment for learning. Children engage in intentional skill-building that strengthens vocabulary, early literacy, math understanding, and critical thinking. Social-emotional learning is woven naturally into the flow of the day, supporting confidence, independence, and positive peer interactions. Through this comprehensive, developmentally appropriate approach, children build the essential skills they need for a successful transition to kindergarten.

The VPK Curriculum consists of Bible stories that correspond with a monthly theme. Each Bible story is supported with a memory verse, song, and craft or activity.  A child’s growth and development is viewed as a process, not an event. Development begins when the child is conceived and continues throughout life. Spiritual, physical, mental, emotional, and social development is equally important.

Extended Care

Extended Care

Our Extended Care program offers families peace of mind and children a fun, familiar place to continue their day. Whether you need care for part of the day or a full afternoon, your child will be surrounded by friends, gentle structure, and plenty of opportunities to learn and play.

Half-Day Care (7:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.)

This option provides a smooth, cheerful start to the morning and a calm, engaging afternoon. Children enjoy free play and friendly interaction before class begins. After class, they share a parent-provided lunch from home, take part in a creative craft or activity, and spend time outdoors before pickup at 2:00 p.m. It’s the perfect balance of fun and routine for families who need a little extra coverage.

Full-Day Care (7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.)
Our full-day option provides a full, balanced day of learning, rest, and play. Children start with morning care before class, share lunch from home, and enjoy a cozy nap time after a busy morning. The afternoon includes outdoor play, creative projects, and time with friends. Parents provide lunch and an afternoon snack, while we provide the safe, nurturing environment that helps children feel at home all day long.

Both programs are available Monday through Friday for an additional fee listed on the enrollment form.
